The Crohn’s Feeling

I explored colour and movement in this piece which represents how I felt when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. In the painting, I purposefully gave my body a feeling of unsupported weightlessness.

Life Drawing

This is one of the works I did when we were doing life drawing in class. I really enjoy doing life drawing and I really want to explore life drawing in the future. Here I was mainly exploring shadow.

Bark Wallpaper

This work is one of two final pieces I did for Surface pattern. I have never done anything to do with Surface Pattern before so for me this is the most exploration that I had done to achieve the final pieces and I really liked experimenting with this project and feel I learned a lot from it.

Etching Self Portraits

These are 3 very different looking etchings that I have done this year. I have never done etching before and I really enjoyed playing around with different techniques and making some of my own techniques up as well.
